About the Role We are seeking a hands-on QC Lab Automation Specialist with experience in qPCR testing and automated liquid handling in a GMP-regulated laboratory. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automation solutions for qPCR testing • Operate and maintain Hamilton STAR and Hamilton VENUS systems • Set up, modify, and troubleshoot Hamilton VENUS methods • Perform sample preparation, pipetting, dilution, and plate setup • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity standards Requirements • Hands-on experience with Hamilton STAR & Hamilton VENUS • qPCR testing and automated liquid handling skills • Knowledge of Hamilton VENUS method setup, modification & troubleshooting • Experience with sample preparation, pipetting, dilution & plate setup • Understanding of GMP, GDP & Data Integrity principles • Pharma/Biotech QC laboratory experience preferred
