About the Role We are looking for an experienced QNXT Configuration Analyst with strong healthcare payer domain knowledge and expertise in data migration, data mapping, and validation. Key Responsibilities • Analyze IKA data structures, legacy configurations, code sets, business rules, and data dependencies • Profile member, group, benefit, provider, claims, enrollment, and other in-scope data domains • Develop source-to-target mapping specifications for migration into QNXT • Define data cleansing, transformation, crosswalk, defaulting, and exception-handling rules • Identify data quality issues, duplicates, missing attributes, and inconsistencies before migration • Validate target data structures, configuration dependencies, and business rules • Support mock conversions, data validation, reconciliation, defect triage, and production cutover Requirements • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and QNXT • Knowledge of enrollment, member, group, benefits, provider, and claims data • Hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping and data migration • Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, ETL/ELT, and data reconciliation • Experience with data quality validation, issue resolution, and migration testing
