About the Role We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team, focusing on manual testing and test case development within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute manual test cases • Validate data using SQL and XML • Utilize OpenText ALM / Quality Center for test management • Apply generative AI and agentic AI tools for testing • Analyze and communicate testing results Requirements • 3–10 years of experience in manual QA • Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain • Proficiency with OpenText ALM / Quality Center • SQL, Data Validation, and XML skills • Strong analytical and communication abilities Preferred Skills • Claims processing experience • Test automation frameworks knowledge • AI-assisted testing tools experience • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot
