About the Role We are looking for a Systems Analyst with deep, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management experience. This role involves independently turning business requirements into detailed system designs and working closely with architects, developers, QA, vendors, and business teams. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into detailed system designs, configurations, integration flows, and functional specifications • Configure and support D365 F&O/SCM across Product Information Management, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Master Planning, and WMS • Make fit-to-standard decisions and challenge requirements where appropriate • Design and troubleshoot integrations between F&O and other enterprise platforms using DMF, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Microsoft integration patterns • Map end-to-end data flows, interfaces, and dependencies • Lead solution workshops and align business and technical stakeholders • Support production, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents independently • Coach junior analysts and identify opportunities for optimization and automation Requirements • 5 to 8 years as a Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar IT role • Strong hands-on D365 F&O/SCM experience, with real knowledge of configuration, parameters, troubleshooting, and fit-to-standard decisions across PIM, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Master Planning, and ideally WMS • Strong D365 integration and data experience using DMF, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Microsoft integration technologies, including end-to-end data flows and interface troubleshooting • Senior-level systems analysis and solution design, with the ability to independently produce detailed system designs, integration flows, and functional specifications
