About the Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) team. This role involves driving the development and implementation of NC FAST, focusing on testing activities and delivering high-quality QA results. Key Responsibilities • Take initiative and ownership of testing activities • Proactively manage tasks to meet timely deadlines • Work independently with minimal supervision • Accurately communicate identified issues • Deliver high-quality QA results Requirements • 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer • Experience and proficiency in using Tricentis tools including qTest and Tosca • Experience testing web, GUI, client/server, and database applications • Experience with requirements analysis and automated test case/script development • Experience with manual or automated testing, testing tools, writing test plans, and reviewing test cases • Experience with testing Curam products • Experience testing for a health and human services sector • Experience with executing SQL to validate or test • Experience developing and executing Tosca automation test scripts • Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development
