About the Role We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with Salesforce expertise to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position focusing on functional and end-to-end testing. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test cases for Salesforce applications • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Manage defects using Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Utilize Tricentis Tosca or Copado Robotic Testing for automation • Validate data using SQL/SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs Requirements • 5+ years of QA/testing experience, including test case development and execution • Strong Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing experience • 5+ years of experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • 5+ years of Jira/defect management and Agile/Scrum experience • 2+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) • Knowledge of SQL/SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and data validation Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce data migration and data integrity testing experience • Healthcare, government, or child welfare domain experience • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
