About the Role We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with Salesforce expertise to join our team. This role involves comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing on Salesforce applications • Develop test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts • Test Salesforce workflows, configurations, and custom functionality • Conduct API testing using REST/SOAP protocols • Validate data using SQL/SOQL • Manage defects using Jira, QTest, or other tools • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • Up to 5 years of QA experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing • Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, configurations, and custom functionality • Experience with test case development and execution • Familiarity with Jira, QTest, Tricentis Tosca, or Copado Robotic Testing • Skills in API testing and data validation using SQL/SOQL • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management
