About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead end-to-end quality assurance across mobile, web, and backend applications. This role focuses on manual and automated testing, API and integration testing, performance validation, and ensuring application reliability, security, and quality throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases • Automate testing for web, mobile (React Native), and APIs • Perform integration, regression, cross-platform, and performance testing • Test Azure cloud services, Next.js applications, and Dynamics 365 integrations • Validate authentication, data integrity, security, and system performance • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in test automation • Strong expertise in Python, Pytest, Appium, Playwright, Postman, and Allure Reports • Experience with Azure cloud services, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of React Native, Next.js, JMeter/K6, SQL, Oracle, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB • Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, and GenAI-based test automation and test case generation
