About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer / QA Automation Engineer to support Claims AI 10.0 initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong quality engineering experience, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to validate AI/ML-driven solutions across multiple business workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute quality engineering strategies for Claims AI 10.0 • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing • Validate AI/ML solutions and automation workflows • Test APIs, UI workflows, data processing, and model-driven outputs • Validate claims logic and platform integrations across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation coverage • Identify defects, validate fixes, and support release readiness • Perform responsible AI validation, including consistency and explainability checks • Collaborate with engineering, AI, and business teams • Improve test coverage, quality metrics, and delivery confidence Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Test Engineering • Strong hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing • API testing and data-driven application validation • Test automation tools and validation frameworks • Defect management, test planning, and release validation • Experience testing AI/ML-enabled solutions • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
