About the Role We are looking for a Quality Engineer to build test automation frameworks from the ground up in Java or Python, and to use AI to improve testing processes. Key Responsibilities • Build test automation frameworks from scratch in Java or Python • Use AI tools to improve test automation development, defect analysis, root cause identification, and test coverage optimization • Test .NET applications and service-oriented architectures • Create test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts • Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and release validation Requirements • 5+ years of Quality Engineering (QE) and software testing experience • Strong Java or Python skills — experience building automation frameworks from scratch • 3+ years of test automation with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar • 3+ years of API testing with Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools • 3+ years of SQL and database testing • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar test and defect management tools • Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate across technical and business teams Big Plus • Experience with AI agents (scripting)
