About the Role We are looking for experienced Quality Engineers (QE) who can independently handle Web and Backend testing, both manually and through automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other product teams to establish quality standards and implement continuous testing throughout the SDLC. Key Responsibilities • Work as a QE within the project team and actively participate in day-to-day development workflows. • Perform manual and automated testing for Web and Backend applications. • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define quality levels and testing strategies. • Create and execute feature, functional, integration, and regression testing. • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks. • Create automated tests from scratch based on acceptance criteria and user journeys. • Develop comprehensive test cases and test sets independently with minimal supervision. • Pair with developers to improve testability and increase automated test coverage. • Collaborate across product teams and provide input on feature design, data models, and testability. • Analyze test results and production-quality signals to identify trends, root causes, and quality improvements. • Design and implement testing infrastructure across different application domains. • Review software development and testing processes and recommend improvements. • Stay current with emerging AI/ML testing methodologies, evaluation frameworks, and QA automation technologies.
