About the Role We are looking for a Quality Engineer / SDET with strong test automation skills and hands-on experience validating AI-powered applications and chatbots. This role focuses on building scalable automation frameworks and ensuring reliable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable automation frameworks for AI-powered applications • Validate LLM responses and identify hallucination risks • Integrate automated quality checks into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with DevOps, Development, Product, and QE teams • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing Requirements • 5+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Programming • Strong experience with AI Chatbot Testing, LLM Validation, and Generative AI Testing • Proficiency in Java, Python, or Groovy • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin • API Testing skills with RestAssured, ReadyAPI • Familiarity with JUnit, TestNG, qTest, and JMeter • Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, and DevOps Automation • Understanding of BDD, TDD, ATDD, and Continuous Testing • Experience with AI Evaluation Datasets, Quality Metrics, and Risk-Based Testing
