About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer – Software QA & Automation with strong hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, SQL, and AI-assisted testing. This is a hands-on engineering role with an 80% automation and 20% manual testing focus. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks and test suites • Execute automated and manual testing across web, API, database, and enterprise applications • Apply AI-assisted approaches to test design, automation development, defect analysis, and test data generation • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality • Perform backend validation, API testing, and support performance testing activities • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Business teams • Review automation code, manage defects, and promote quality engineering best practices Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on software QA and test automation experience • Automation testing for web, mobile, microservices, database, ETL, and API-based applications • Programming experience in Python and/or Java • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based testing environments • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container technologies • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Unix/Linux scripting • Experience with Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking • Familiarity with Selenium Grid 4 is a plus • Working knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted testing tools
