About the Role We are looking for a Quant Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building production-ready strategies that manage real capital across decentralized finance markets. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy quantitative trading and DeFi vault strategies • Optimize portfolio allocation, execution, and risk management • Build simulations, backtesting systems, and automated rebalancing engines • Monitor live strategies and ensure reliability, performance, and safety Requirements • 2–4 years of relevant experience building production quantitative systems • Strong Python and software engineering skills • Experience with optimization, statistics, simulation, and quantitative modeling • SQL and data pipeline experience • Background in algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, market making, or risk systems • Genuine curiosity about crypto, digital assets, and DeFi
