About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer / Lead with strong hands-on development skills and front-end architecture expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern front-end technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead front-end architecture, design, and development using React.js and modern JavaScript technologies. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. • Build reusable UI components and establish front-end development standards and best practices. • Apply modern React patterns, including functional components, React Hooks, and component lifecycle concepts. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Present architectural designs, technical solutions, and project updates to stakeholders. • Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability. • Implement front-end security practices and authentication mechanisms, including JSON Web Tokens (JWT). • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality. • Manage source code using Git-based version control and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team on front-end engineering best practices. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in software development • Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end technologies • Experience with front-end architecture and development initiatives • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies • Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
