About the Role We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead Developer with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QlikView, Tableau, SSRS, and PostgreSQL-based Lakehouse/Lakebase platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise reporting and BI solution development • Build interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using QlikView, Tableau, and SSRS • Connect BI tools to PostgreSQL Lakehouse/Lakebase environments • Optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting performance • Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to gather requirements • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and manage production support • Drive reporting standards, deployment, and continuous improvement Requirements • 10+ years in BI, reporting, and data analytics • 3+ years leading BI development teams or projects • Strong hands-on experience with QlikView, Tableau, and SSRS • Experience connecting reporting tools to PostgreSQL-based platforms
