About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying automation bots to streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation bots using Automation Anywhere • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities • Develop reusable bots and automation components • Configure Control Room, bot runners, schedules, and credential management • Integrate bots with web applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems • Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms • Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and process owners • Maintain automation documentation and follow security standards Requirements • 8+ years of experience in RPA and automation development • Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere • Experience with Automation 360, Control Room, and Bot Creator • Knowledge of attended and unattended automation • Experience with SQL, Python, APIs, and application integration • Familiarity with OCR, document automation, and intelligent automation • Understanding of bot security, credential management, and error handling • Automation Anywhere certification is preferred
