About the Role We are looking for an RPA Lead Developer to architect and deploy end-to-end automation solutions integrating RPA with modern AI, Document Understanding, and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise automations—from process discovery (PDD/SDD) to production deployment and monitoring • Integrate cognitive AI capabilities into RPA workflows, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, NLP, and LLM-driven decision steps • Maintain, optimize, and scale production bot fleets using enterprise orchestrators/control rooms while enforcing robust exception handling and CoE standards • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, IT, and QA teams to identify high-ROI automation pipelines Requirements • Core RPA Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade automations using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate • AI & Document Intelligence: Proven experience implementing IDP/OCR (e.g., UiPath AI Center/Document Understanding, AA Document Automation, or Decipher) and integrating LLMs/GenAI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) • Technical Foundation: Solid command of enterprise orchestration, credential management, REST APIs, and SQL • Communication: Ability to bridge technical architecture with business process owners Bonus Points • Relevant RPA certifications (UiPath Advanced, AA Certified Advanced, etc.) • Python or .NET scripting background • Domain knowledge in Insurance (claims, underwriting, policy admin) or experience with Process Mining (Celonis, UiPath)
