About the Role We are looking for a Run Engineer to join the Run squad of the AI Factory for an international group. This role focuses on industrializing and running production solutions of generative AI (LLM, RAG, agents) used by thousands of users. Key Responsibilities • Industrialize applications in the POC phase for production deployment • Process level 2 tickets: access requests, unexpected AI responses, and explain simply to business stakeholders • Monitor applications and intervene as quickly as possible in case of failure • Prioritize incidents based on their impact • Track problems until resolution, with post-mortems • Report bugs in Azure DevOps, propose workarounds, and test final fixes • Implement support processes with infrastructure and network teams Requirements • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrialization, deployment, and run of applications, essential on Azure • Azure: AKS, WebApps, Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, AI Foundry • Monitoring: Grafana, Power BI, Dynatrace • DevOps: CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes • Knowledge of generative AI (LLM, RAG) and Langfuse for trace analysis • Autonomy, rigor, and ability to simplify complex concepts • Fluent French, professional English
