About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Automation QA to join our team. This role focuses on testing AI agents and LLM-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Test Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI Agent applications
• Perform QA Automation, Functional, Regression & End-to-End Testing
• Test AI prompts, agent workflows, tool/function calling, and AI responses
• Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Agentic AI / LLM-based applications
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI Agent testing
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI tools
• Strong background in QA Automation, Functional, Regression & End-to-End Testing
