About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Automation Test Lead for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Dallas, Texas. This role requires strong leadership experience in QA with a focus on Salesforce and modern test automation. Key Responsibilities • Lead test automation efforts for Salesforce applications • Manage System Testing and SIT processes • Create and maintain test cases and test data • Own the defect lifecycle from identification to resolution • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the testing process Requirements • 5–10 years of overall IT/QA experience • Core skills in Salesforce (SFDC) testing and Test Automation • Experience with Playwright and Python or Selenium and Java • Knowledge of System Testing, SIT, test case creation, and test data management • Understanding of defect lifecycle ownership • Salesforce certifications are required • Prior experience in the Telecom industry is a bonus
