About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Automation Test Lead to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves leading testing activities for Salesforce applications, with a focus on automation and system integration. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Salesforce developers on testing strategies • Execute testing activities and manage defects through resolution • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders • Design test cases and develop automation scripts • Prepare test data and document test evidence • Escalate project risks and issues as needed Requirements • Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) Testing • Strong experience in Automation Testing with Playwright and Python or Selenium and Java • Proficiency in System Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) • Knowledge of Test Case Design, Automation Scripts, and Test Data Preparation • Experience in Defect Management and Test Evidence Documentation • Telecom domain experience is a plus
