About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on Salesforce CRM implementations and enterprise transformation projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead Salesforce CRM implementations and enterprise transformation projects • Gather requirements and create BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Manage Salesforce functionality, workflows, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and handle Scrum Master responsibilities • Utilize JIRA, Confluence, UAT, and stakeholder management skills • Lead cross-functional teams, manage Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior BAs Requirements • Strong experience in Salesforce CRM implementations and enterprise transformation projects • Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce functionality, workflows, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, UAT, and stakeholder management • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior BAs Good to Have • CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or equivalent certifications
