About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer to join our team. This role involves validating end-to-end CPQ processes and contributing to improved test coverage and QA excellence. Key Responsibilities • Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CPQ applications across product configuration, product catalog, pricing, discounting, quote management, approvals, contracts, and orders. • Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing. • Test Salesforce CPQ configurations, customizations, business rules, workflows, and approval processes. • Validate integrations, APIs, and end-to-end CPQ business processes. • Prepare and maintain test plans, scenarios, test cases, and execution reports. • Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the defect lifecycle. • Perform regression testing for Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, defect triage, and release validation. • Contribute to enhanced test coverage, automation adoption, and QA process improvements. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering. • Strong expertise in manual testing. • Hands-on experience validating end-to-end CPQ processes. • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ workflows, business rules, integrations, and release cycles. • Experience with test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management. • Ability to collaborate within Agile development teams.
