About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud QA Engineer to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Health Cloud and healthcare workflows for a remote contractual position. Key Responsibilities • Test Salesforce Health Cloud applications • Validate healthcare workflows, patient/member management, care plans, and provider management • Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing • Conduct Salesforce configuration testing including Flows, validation rules, and security settings • Perform data validation using SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench • Test APIs and integrations using Postman • Manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps • Test patient onboarding, member enrollment, and care coordination processes Requirements • 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce QA • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud testing • Knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient/member management • Experience with functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing • Salesforce configuration testing skills including Flows, validation rules, and security settings • Data validation skills using SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench • API and integration testing experience using Postman • Defect management experience using Jira or Azure DevOps • Understanding of patient onboarding, member enrollment, and care coordination Benefits • Contractual project opportunity • Remote work flexibility
