About the Role We are looking for experienced Senior Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Administrators for opportunities in the United States. These roles require 12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs • Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce CRM platforms • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and integrations • Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party enterprise applications • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure code quality • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes • Develop automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools • Manage reports, dashboards, data quality, imports, exports, and data maintenance • Monitor Salesforce platform performance, security, and system usage • Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support and end-user training Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise • Proven experience in Salesforce development, administration, configuration, or enterprise implementations • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams • Candidates currently in the USA on H-1B status are encouraged to apply • Visa transfer and sponsorship eligibility will be discussed based on the specific opportunity
