About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing for a major enterprise migration from legacy Workforce Management (WFM) systems to Salesforce. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end testing for enterprise migration from legacy WFM systems to Salesforce • Manage upstream/downstream system integrations • Perform defect management and data migration validation Requirements • 3+ years of Salesforce Integration Testing / QA Leadership experience • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and integrations • Experience with CSG Billing and workforce scheduling systems • Telecom / Cable / MSO domain experience (Charter ecosystem preferred) • Hands-on REST/SOAP API testing using Postman • Experience with Defect Management, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and Zephyr Good to Have • Provar / Selenium automation experience • Salesforce Administrator or Deployment Specialist Certification
