About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to join our team for a long-term contract position. This role requires significant experience in supporting Salesforce products and driving initiatives from concept through implementation. Key Responsibilities • Support Salesforce products and implementations • Own and manage a product backlog • Drive Salesforce initiatives independently • Translate complex business requirements into actionable requirements • Coordinate testing and business UAT • Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a complex environment Requirements • Strong functional understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem • Demonstrated experience owning a product backlog and driving initiatives • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, data, integrations, security, roles, and permissions • Experience working closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, QA teams, and integration teams Benefits • Long-term contract opportunity • Opportunity to work with a diverse team and stakeholders
