About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on testing Salesforce CRM systems and ensuring quality across various Salesforce clouds. Key Responsibilities • Perform Salesforce CRM testing including functional, regression, and integration testing • Test Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations • Conduct API testing using REST/SOAP and tools like Postman • Validate test data using SOQL • Test Salesforce Flows, Apex, and LWC components • Implement test automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce testing • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM testing methodologies • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Proficiency in API testing with REST/SOAP • Familiarity with SOQL and test data validation • Understanding of Salesforce Flows, Apex, and LWC • Experience with test automation tools is a plus
