About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team in Toronto. This role involves testing Salesforce applications and ensuring quality across various Salesforce clouds. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business and functional requirements and develop test strategies and test cases • Perform functional, system integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testing • Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application functionalities • Test Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports • Execute end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations and validate data migrations • Identify, track, and retest defects while collaborating with developers and business analysts • Maintain test documentation and prepare test summary reports Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud • Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Understanding of Salesforce Objects, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Security Models • Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes • Hands-on experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps • API testing using Postman or similar tools • Strong SQL/SOQL skills for data validation
