About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and release readiness of Salesforce implementations, configurations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will combine Salesforce platform knowledge with manual and automated testing expertise to strengthen regression coverage, identify risks early, and support reliable releases. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for Salesforce enhancements and releases. • Build and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce UI, APIs, and regression scenarios. • Validate custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, approvals, and security-related behavior. • Test Salesforce integrations, end-to-end workflows, data mapping, and error handling. • Prepare and manage test data across Salesforce environments. • Reproduce, document, and track defects while collaborating with administrators and developers on resolution. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution results. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement reviews. • Perform smoke, system, integration, and regression testing. • Communicate test coverage, release risks, and readiness to stakeholders. Requirements • 9+ years of professional experience. • Strong experience testing Salesforce standard and custom objects, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, and permissions. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce test automation using Provar or Selenium-based frameworks. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
