About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Test Automation Lead to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in test automation, particularly with Salesforce platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead test automation efforts for Salesforce Lightning (Sales Cloud) • Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium • Apply design patterns such as Page Object Model, Screenplay, or UTAM • Utilize commercial or AI-assisted Salesforce test tools Requirements • 10–14 years of total experience, including 6+ years leading test automation • 3+ years of experience specifically with Salesforce testing • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC • Understanding of Shadow DOM, dynamic locators, Salesforce cadence, sandboxes, MFA, and test data constraints
