About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Basis / Platform Operations Lead to join a dynamic team supporting critical SAP platform operations and enterprise applications. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage production support, drive operational excellence, and ensure the stability and performance of complex SAP environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP Basis and platform operations activities • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues • Collaborate with SAP, AMS, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution • Enhance monitoring, incident management, and RCA processes • Support platform administration and operational controls • Drive system stability, performance improvements, and operational best practices • Provide backup support for critical platform operations and governance activities Requirements • 10+ years of SAP Basis and Platform Operations experience • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, HANA, and SAP RISE • Proven experience handling production support and critical incidents • Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills • Experience with SAP BRIM, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Mediation is highly preferred
