About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with strong expertise in SAP FI, CO, and S/4HANA Finance to lead enterprise-level implementations, global rollouts, and transformation programs. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects • Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Integrate SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, FSCM, Treasury, and Tax • Manage team leadership, client-facing engagements, and stakeholder management • Provide onsite-offshore delivery support Requirements • Strong expertise in SAP FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, New GL, and S/4HANA Finance • Strong expertise in SAP CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, global rollouts, and multi-country deployments • Experience leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects • Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Strong integration knowledge of MM, SD, PP, FSCM, Treasury, and Tax • Proven experience in team leadership, client-facing engagements, stakeholder management, and onsite-offshore delivery • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills • 15+ years of overall experience with 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementations Preferred Skills • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification • Experience with FSCM, Treasury, Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Advanced Financial Closing • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods • Experience in large-scale global transformation and rollout programs
