About the Role We are looking for experienced SAP IS-U Test Leads to support a large-scale Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program for a regulated utility. Key Responsibilities • Lead testing strategy and governance across SIT, UAT, regression, conversion validation, and deployment • Review and challenge System Integrator (SI) testing strategies, plans, deliverables, and quality metrics • Oversee SAP IS-U testing across billing, payments, collections, metering, customer accounts, and customer service • Lead data conversion validation, reconciliation testing, mock conversions, and bill comparison activities • Manage defect triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure • Coordinate integrations across AMI/MDM, payment platforms, contact centers, digital channels, finance, and field operations • Drive UAT, business sign-off, cutover readiness, go-live validation, and stabilization • Maintain requirements traceability, test execution metrics, risk reporting, and readiness assessments Requirements • 10+ years of enterprise application testing experience • 5+ years in a Test Lead or testing leadership role • Direct experience leading CIS implementation or transformation testing for an electric, gas, or water utility • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP IS-U and utility Meter-to-Cash processes • Proven experience with SIT, UAT, regression, data conversion, and deployment readiness • Experience governing testing activities with a System Integrator • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and ADO Test Plans • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be available to travel to Columbus, Ohio, monthly
