About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Release Engineer to manage end-to-end SAP Finance releases, transport migrations, deployments, and production support across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP S/4HANA Finance releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production • Manage SAP transports, deployment schedules, cutover activities, and rollback plans • Coordinate with SAP Finance, Basis, Security, Integration, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams • Ensure release readiness, CAB approvals, change governance, and compliance requirements • Support UAT execution, defect triage, production deployments, and post-release issue resolution • Coordinate releases impacting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes Requirements • 8+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in Release or Deployment Management • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) • Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Closing • Expertise in SAP Transport Management, transport migration, and release lifecycle management • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, SAP Fiori, and Launchpad deployments • Understanding of SAP Basis fundamentals, CPI/PO/PI integration monitoring, ITIL, Change Management, and CAB governance • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
