About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer and QA Analyst to join our team. This role combines software development with quality assurance to deliver reliable and high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate • Build web applications and APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core • Develop responsive user interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Write and optimize SQL queries • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and Agile teams • Support test automation and participate in code reviews Requirements • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, .NET development, and React • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of T-SQL • Experience with REST APIs and application integration • Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing • Familiarity with test plans, test cases, and defect tracking • Experience with Git, Azure, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
