About the Role We are seeking a Lead Semarchy MDM Engineer to define and maintain the end-to-end Semarchy MDM architecture for CRC Group. This role involves designing logical and physical MDM models and ensuring architectural alignment with enterprise data and analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities • Define and maintain the end-to-end Semarchy MDM architecture • Design logical and physical MDM models, including complex relationship and hierarchy structures • Establish golden record architecture, survivorship logic, and match/merge strategies • Ensure architectural alignment with CRC Group enterprise data and analytics platforms • Manage the MDM solution in both enhancement and operational activities • Collect business requirements for mastering data and provide analytical output • Provide nightly batch support for data being populated in MDM systems • Manage data issues and remediation identified by the MDM solution Requirements • 4-5 years of experience in Semarchy MDM • Experience with Semarchy, SQL, Terraform, and Azure • Ability to manage MDM solution in both enhancement and operational activities • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and Power BI reports • Experience with MySQL and Master Data Management (MDM) • 10+ years of overall experience
