About the Role We are looking for an experienced Semarchy xDM Architect with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end MDM architecture, integrations, data governance, and production implementation • Design and implement Semarchy xDM solutions for BFSI clients • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards Requirements • 15+ years of experience in MDM and data architecture • Strong expertise in Semarchy xDM and implementation • Deep understanding of BFSI data domains: Customer, Party, Account, Product & Organization • Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and data integration techniques • Knowledge of data quality, governance, and stewardship practices • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements Preferred Skills • Semarchy xDM Certification • Experience with cloud and modern data platforms • Data catalog, data lineage, and governance tools • Understanding of GDPR, PCI DSS, and BCBS 239
