About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and RAG to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade AI applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-step LLM workflows • Develop and optimize enterprise RAG solutions • Build LLM evaluation frameworks and golden datasets • Deploy and maintain production-grade GenAI applications • Implement AI observability, monitoring, and performance optimization • Manage production incidents, regression testing, latency, and cost • Collaborate with Product, Business, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams Requirements • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience • Minimum 2 years of hands-on GenAI/LLM application development • Proven experience deploying enterprise-grade GenAI applications into production • Strong post-production ownership and support experience • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare is highly preferred • Candidates with only GenAI POC or experimental project experience will not be considered
