About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions in a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions • Develop applications using Generative AI and LLMs • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Design and maintain production AI systems • Ensure AI observability and security compliance Requirements • 12+ years of experience in AI engineering • Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM Application Development • Proficiency in Python 3.11+, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, type annotations, and automated testing • Experience with LLM Evaluation, including golden datasets, evaluation metrics, LLM-as-a-Judge, and evaluation frameworks • Enterprise Production AI Deployment experience, including real-world deployment, production support, incident management, and regression handling • AI Observability experience with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, tracing, structured logging, quality and cost monitoring • Cloud Services and Enterprise Security experience, including REST APIs, data pipelines, access control, compliance, and auditability Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals • Contribute to enterprise-grade AI solutions in a regulated financial services environment
