About the Role We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead infrastructure provisioning, build, and deployment automation for critical enterprise applications. This key consulting role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build seamless, highly reliable CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code patterns. Key Responsibilities • Automate Linux OS and software patching/upgrades across complex environments using Ansible • Automate end-to-end build/deployment processes, including automated database changes • Develop automation scripts, operational utilities, and workflow automation with Python, Bash, or Shell • Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible (Ansible Tower/AWX) • Work with SCM tools (BitBucket or Git) and develop/managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, or Ansible • Package applications with Docker and scale workloads in Kubernetes • Utilize strong working knowledge of AWS infrastructure Requirements • 7+ years automating Linux OS and software patching/upgrades using Ansible • 7+ years automating end-to-end build/deployment processes • 7+ years developing automation scripts, operational utilities, and workflow automation with Python, Bash, or Shell • 4+ years in infrastructure provisioning and environment management using Terraform and Ansible • 3+ years hands-on with SCM tools (BitBucket or Git) • 2+ years developing/managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, or Ansible • 2+ years packaging applications with Docker and scaling workloads in Kubernetes • Strong working knowledge of AWS infrastructure
