About the Role We are looking for experienced Senior Full-Stack Developers with strong Telecom OSS domain expertise to join a critical Network OSS Service Delivery team. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Java & Spring Boot microservices • Develop modern UI using React • Work with Telecom Network OSS, Network Inventory, and Provisioning Systems • Integrate REST/SOAP APIs • Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal or Camunda • Optimize distributed systems and database performance • Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure production-ready code quality Requirements • Minimum 7+ years of experience • Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and React development • Direct Telecom OSS, Network Inventory, or Provisioning experience • Onsite availability in Middletown, NJ • Highly relevant profiles with 90%+ skill alignment required Preferred Experience • Telecom project experience with Verizon, Cox Communications, AT&T, Comcast, T-Mobile, or similar providers
