About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GCP Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, environment management, and operational readiness for cloud-based customer environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across GCP and AWS • Automate cloud provisioning, service enablement, networking, IAM permissions, secrets management, and logging • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments, customer configurations, and knowledge-index refresh jobs • Provision and manage infrastructure for RAG/knowledge pipelines, including document stores, vector databases, search indexes, and scheduled jobs • Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational readiness processes • Manage environment lifecycle, including provisioning, updates, backups, and teardown • Implement cloud security best practices, audit logging, private networking, and secrets management • Optimize cloud costs through budgets, resource labeling, tagging, and environment lifecycle policies • Collaborate with architects, application specialists, and data engineers to build reusable infrastructure modules and deployment patterns Requirements • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform on both GCP and AWS • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of GCP, AWS, IAM, secrets management, networking, and audit logging • Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud platform engineering • Knowledge of tools such as Cloud Build, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CDK • Familiarity with vector databases, Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, and RAG/knowledge pipelines • Google Cloud DevOps Engineer and/or AWS DevOps/SysOps certification preferred • Experience deploying contact-center or conversational platforms is highly desirable
