About the Role We are looking for highly skilled Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineers to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining large-scale Kubernetes platforms and supporting GPU-intensive AI/ML workloads. Key Responsibilities • Operate and maintain large-scale Kubernetes platforms • Provision cloud and HPC infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot cluster networking, scheduling, and performance issues • Automate platform operations using Python • Support GPU-intensive AI/ML workloads and optimize compute resource utilization • Build monitoring and alerting systems and participate in production incident management • Collaborate with Networking, Storage, Security, and AI/ML Platform teams Requirements • 10+ years in Infrastructure / Cloud / HPC preferred • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience • Deep, hands-on Kubernetes platform engineering experience is mandatory • Candidates with only basic Kubernetes, local cluster, or generic DevOps experience will not be considered • Strong technical screening is required before submission • Candidates must be prepared for the IBM interview, client coding assessment, and rigorous technical interview • USC / GC only.
