About the Role We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join the State of Iowa – Department of Management, Division of IT (DOM DoIT). This role focuses on developing enterprise applications with a strong emphasis on UI/UX and accessibility. Key Responsibilities • Develop enterprise applications using .NET, C#, MVC and Web Forms • Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces • Implement enterprise design systems and accessibility standards • Develop APIs and support SQL Server integrations • Manage CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues Requirements • Strong .NET & C# development experience • Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS, Sass & JavaScript • UI/UX Design, Usability & Responsive Design • WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility & Formal WCAG Training • Hands-on Accessibility Testing using tools such as JAWS and axe • Enterprise Design System experience • Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines • SQL Server, REST APIs & Middleware • Enterprise Production Application Support • Secure Coding & Sensitive Data Handling • Recent experience with modern frameworks and development best practices • Code samples/portfolio demonstrating front-end and UI work required with submission
