About the Role We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team at InRule, focusing on healthcare and pharmaceutical applications. This is a fully remote, contract position with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities • Translate healthcare business requirements into technical solutions • Develop and maintain .NET applications using C# • Optimize SQL Server databases and queries • Implement version control using GitHub Requirements • 10+ years of .NET / C# development experience • Strong SQL Server & T-SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning • Healthcare experience is mandatory • Clinical Pharmacy or PBM experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience with InRule, Drools, ODM, or Corticon • Proficiency with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
