About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in Microsoft .NET application development, SQL Server, and enterprise-level automated testing. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Microsoft .NET applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and C# • Develop front-end technologies including jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and XML • Create testing utilities to support unit testing and system integration testing • Work with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, grouping, sorting, and data modeling • Implement automated testing for large organizations including automated regression testing • Prepare test environments, testing tools, test data, test cases, and testing harnesses • Prepare test plans, test strategies, test specifications, testing requirements, and testing documentation • Perform SQL-based data manipulation, reporting, and validation • Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into test cases • Analyze test results, identify defects, generate test scripts, and improve test cases • Work with requirements elicitation, business use cases, business rules, and functional/nonfunctional requirements Requirements • 15+ years of software development experience using Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Strong experience with front-end technologies, including jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and XML • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, grouping, sorting, and data modeling • 7 years of recent experience implementing automated testing for large organizations • Experience with test automation using Java, Python, shell scripting, or other programming languages • 5+ years of experience preparing test environments, testing tools, test data, test cases, and testing harnesses • 7+ years of experience preparing test plans, test strategies, test specifications, testing requirements, and testing documentation • 5+ years of experience in SQL-based data manipulation, reporting, and validation • 10+ years of experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM, or JAMA • 10+ years of experience analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements and translating them into test cases • 10+ years of experience analyzing test results, identifying defects, generating test scripts, and improving test cases • 5+ years of experience with requirements elicitation, business use cases, business rules, and functional/nonfunctional requirements
