About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with expertise in enterprise application development and large-scale data migration. The ideal candidate will work on system integration and legacy-to-modern system migrations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core • Build REST APIs, backend services, and microservices • Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular or React, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms • Develop data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, database performance, and ETL workflows • Troubleshoot application and migration issues and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers • Prepare migration plans, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and technical documentation • Support production deployments and post-migration validation Requirements • 15+ years of experience in .NET full stack development • Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core Web API • Experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization • Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration troubleshooting • Knowledge of SSIS or equivalent ETL tools, batch processing, API integrations, and data synchronization • Understanding of microservices, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture • Experience with Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • Leadership skills in technical design, code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration Preferred Qualifications • Experience migrating large volumes of enterprise data • Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data migration • Experience with migration cutover, rollback, and production support • Knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization best practices • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
