About the Role Allied Global is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to build and deliver production-ready AI features while contributing to full-stack product development. Key Responsibilities • Build and deliver production-ready AI features • Contribute to full-stack product development • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Develop background jobs and third-party integrations • Maintain and improve established production applications Requirements • 5+ years of senior software development experience • Proven experience shipping at least one LLM-powered feature to real users in production • Hands-on knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, structured outputs, and tool calling • Understanding of AI evaluation, security, hallucination prevention, and performance monitoring • Strong PostgreSQL and SQL skills, including query optimization, indexing, transactions, and database migrations • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js experience • Experience with Angular (preferred), React, or Vue • Ability to deliver development tasks end to end, including testing, QA, troubleshooting, and production releases • C1 English and fluent Spanish are mandatory • Must currently reside in Latin America
